For therapy, we successfully use new physiotherapy techniques, which we have tested and measured their effect in addition to clinical use.

When you order from us, you can look forward to the following, among other things:

  1. Stabilization of the cervical spine

It serves to influence the postural setting of the neck and head and will indirectly affect the stability of the whole body, among other things, through the control of balance. The technique is based on the neurophysiological basis of movement control, developmental kinesiology and anatomical assumptions. When performing, the key is the contraction in the opposite sequence than during normal movement (change of punctum fixum and punctum mobile), followed by isometric contraction with endurance, position in support of the head and activation of the longus colli and longus capitis muscles.

Principle: influencing the coordination and involvement of muscle groups – thanks to the activation of the deep muscles of the neck, those superficial muscles that are often overworked can relax. This improves postural activity and eliminates the feeling of tension and simply pain in the neck, head and upper thoracic aperture. Postural activity in this key place is also the basis for the activation of trunk stabilization up to the pelvis. At the end of the sitting exercise, you can feel the cervical spine straightening. After the activation of the muscular apparatus, blockages of the skeletal apparatus are released, especially in the area of the first two ribs and cervical vertebrae.

    1. Stabilization of the lower limbs

It serves to activate the muscle chain of the lower limbs, which supports postural stability while standing and walking. The technique is based on isometric contraction of essential muscle groups for stabilizing the lower limb. This activation, using the principle of recruitment of motor units of individual muscles, engages the desired muscle interplay.

Principle: influencing the coordination and involvement of muscle groups – thanks to the activation of the deep muscles of the lower limbs, which have the function of straightening these segments, the postural activity will be improved, which will be further measured on the strength platform. At the same time, it is posturally supplemented with the first cervical spine stabilization exercise.

We look forward to you.

We will help you to improve.
